This is a beach house we had moved to this location in 2007. (no idea the actual age? My guess is 60’s or 70’s. Owners put it on a high foundation to make it easier for contractor to work. In 2007: New insulation in walls, ceiling, floor, Roof, Floors, all plumbing and electrical, all kitchen and bathroom cabinets and vanities are 2007. New in 2024: All New HVAC inside and outside units, New toilets, New fence, New Kitchen Appliances (all but the stove which appears not to have been used very much so … like new). New floors, New Interior Paint, New Porch Paint (front and back).
